What You’ll Be Doing * Managing a daily queue of allocated customer accounts * Contacting customers via phone, email, text, and letter to discuss arrears and agree suitable repayment plans * Offering forbearance options where a payment plan isn’t the right approach * Handling inbound calls and customer queries with professionalism and care * Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the right outcomes * Liaising with debt management agencies when appropriate * Taking manual payments securely over the phone * Reviewing customer credit information and maintaining accurate records What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in credit control, collections, or customer finance * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organisational and data entry skills * Comfortable working with databases and computer systems * A natural problem-solver with empathy and integrity Our Values We are responsible – conscious of our impact on people and the planet We care about you – kind and compassionate with our customers and each other We work with you – supporting financial wellbeing for customers and the wider community Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll join a supportive, people-focused team where integrity and fairness come first.
